Looks great, and it's good to have the picture of the water heater so we can fully visualize the earlier drama! Sophie is adorable. As everyone knows, I'm not a big pet lover, but even I have to admit, she's mighty cute!

And I AM going down to Florida in December and definitely intend to check out your pad. Dominique (next town from you?) is graduating on December 14. UJ and I are going to Miami for an art exhibit there, then plan to visit Uncle Denny, then you. Will follow up with the details, but it will be sometime around December 11-13.
